Other libraries (and some utility programs)installed in H:\Contrib are provided as a convenience to users and
are not necessarily supported
by CTC Staff. The contributor of the software is usually willing to answer some
questions.
Some examples of available libraries are APPSpack, blacs, C#_LAPACK, FFTW, NPSOL, scaLAPACK, PETSc.
For a complete list, see the list of folders under H:/Contrib.
Linux
Other supported libraries aer generally installed in /usr/lib. These currently
include BLAS, eHiTS, GSL, LAPACK
Libraries with limited support are installed in /ctc/contrib. APPSpack is one
such library.
